How Pirots 2 Plays
Same core loop as the rest of the series, with a jungle twist on the obstacles.
Red bird
Collects red amber gems and the symbols they connect to.
Purple bird
Same rules, purple gems — helps trigger Switcheroo-style repositioning.
Green bird
Collects green gems, often the one that benefits most from Transform.
Blue bird
Collects blue gems and benefits most once Popcorn opens up new paths.
Each bird only moves onto a gem matching its own color, and it keeps walking as long as there's another matching gem next to it. Every symbol it eats fills a meter above the grid; once that meter is full, the game drops in feature symbols instead of plain gems. When none of the four birds can move anymore, the board refills from above and the round continues — which is when the jungle-specific obstacles start mattering. Popcorn fills empty spaces so a bird can cross a gap it otherwise couldn't. Egg symbols sit on the board as a themed obstacle and can hatch if left uncollected, forcing a redrop in that section. And the Red Button, once collected, sets off a meteor strike that clears a chunk of the grid and expands the board — sometimes as far as the full 8×8.
